HOW TO MAKE A BOOKING

Bookings should be made well in advance by fax or e-mail. It helps if you give us a second choice in case your first choice is fully booked. To secure a Group ( 8 guests or more ) or full Charter ( 16 guests ) reservation a non-refundable deposit is required within 15 days of the reservation date. Partial deposits are not acceptable. A charter cannot be confirmed until both the deposit and a letter of intent have been received. The letter of intent shold clearly state the date of the cruise , the boat and the number of places to be booked and can be sent by fax or e-mail.

PAYMENTS TERMS

Individuals:
A first deposit of 500 USD/pax is requested to confirm the booking. A second deposit of 1000 USD/pax must be received 90 days before departures. Final payment 30 days before departure.

Charter Groups:
A first deposit of 1500 USD is requested to confirm the booking of the whole boat or 1000 USD, for a group of 8 pax; a second deposit of 3500 for the whole boat and 2000 USD for a group of 8 pax must be received 90 days before departures. Final payment 30 days before departure.

We cannot hold reservations without deposits
If the balance is not received on time, we reserve the right to sell your spot(s). We cannot guarantee any customer to board the boat if the payment has not been received at least 15 days before departure

FREE OF CHARGE POLICY

For boats of 20 spaces:
1 free for 9 paying and 2 free for 18 paying

For boats of 16 spaces:
1 free for 9 paying and 2 free for 14 paying

For the other boats:
1 free for 10 paying

RELEASING CONTRACTED SPACES

If 90 days before departure contracted spaces have not been sold it must be decided whether to retain or to release the spaces. For cancelled places USD 100 administrative charge will be deducted from the paid deposit. The remainder of the paid deposit will be applied to the remaining group guests. To retain the contracted paces payment must be made in full, including the unsold spaces.

Some suggestions to ensure smooth service

· Please always give the full names of all passengers and indicate Mr/Mrs/Ms
· Indicate if pax is a couple
· Send us the flight arrival and departure details of each person/group
· Inform us of the hotel arrangements passengers need in Male
· Let us know if pax have a special diet
· A complete rooming list is due to Seafari Adventures not later than 30 days before departure
